Meet David Ding

As a badminton player myself growing up — and someone who still plays tennis, padel and squash — I understand the demands racket sports place on the ankle: the changes of direction, the lunges, the landings.

I run Uplift Physio®, two Greater Manchester clinics known for specialising in racket sport injuries and solving the "unsolvable" foot and ankle cases. I've worked with elite coaches and athletes around the world, combining those insights into the Uplift Physio® method.

I'm also Performance Director for Manchester Badminton — runners-up in this year's NBL Grand Finals — supporting players through injury, rehab and strength performance.

How much time does it take?
You work at your own pace, but we'd suggest at least 3 sessions of 20–30 minutes per week for 4 weeks to build and maintain real progress.
I've had ankle problems for years — will this work for me?
This programme is built for those suffering from chronic ankle instability or ankle injuries after the swelling phase has settled. The protocols inside are the same ones used with elite players who'd struggled with chronic ankle instability for years — and who've now gone two years injury-free.
What's the difference between lifetime and monthly?
